1. Your session has been booked for the date and time you selected on Calendly.

2. The Google Meet link is automatically added to your Google Calendar invite after booking. Please check your Google Calendar for the session details and joining link. In the case you are unable to find it on your Google Calendar, we urge you to check your SPAM folder in your email and RSVP "Yes" for the session to be added.

3. Please make a note of the session time somewhere convenient so that you remember to attend. We will do our best to send a confirmation message on the day of the trial class. However, please do not depend only on a WhatsApp reminder. The session will happen at the time you have booked.

4. If you need the Google Meet link, cannot find the calendar invite, or need any assistance, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93846 75938.

5. If you are a parent, we request both the parent and child to be present for the session.

6. Please join from a quiet, well-lit space and keep your Shruthi box or Shruthi app ready, as the student may be invited to sing or demonstrate their current level.

7. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule through Calendly in advance and drop us a WhatsApp message +91 93846 75938 to inform us.
